Primary Care
Direct Primary Care
Your primary care doctor is so much more than the first person you contact when you’re sick or have a medical question. Ideally, in addition to diagnosing and treating you, your primary care doctor is an ally – a medical professional who can help educate, guide, and empower you to make the best possible choices when it comes to your health.
The key to a doctor providing this level of primary healthcare is being able to spend the time needed on each individual patient. Dr. Adam Possner and Dr. Dina Zeki at North Bethesda Primary Care enjoy delivering just this type of time-intensive, one-on-one care that is so very hard to find. Because they don’t take insurance, they’re able to focus their time and energy on patient care instead of billing. This allows Dr. Possner or Dr. Zeki to become familiar with you – your history, concerns, and preferences – which often translates into being able to make a faster and more accurate diagnosis when something is wrong as well as more tailored treatment recommendations that are unique to you.

Concierge Care by a Primary Care Physician
When we describe the healthcare you receive at North Bethesda Primary Care as unlike anything else you’ve experienced before, we’re not kidding.
Ready for a two-hour initial physical that allows you and Dr. Possner or Dr. Zeki to really get to know one another? You got it. Before that appointment, your doctor will obtain and review your outside records, summarizing what he/she learned about you in writing to ensure you’re both on the same page.
How about a medical history that is truly a deep dive into what your health and wellness experience has been like? At North Bethesda Primary Care, we want to know not only what medical diagnoses you have and what medications you take, but also what symptoms you had when you were diagnosed, how you were diagnosed, and what treatments you’ve tried.
Dr. Possner’s and Dr. Zeki’s follow-up with patients is nothing short of outstanding, and it includes coordinating your care and collaborating with subspecialists when you require subspecialty care. They are both warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and insightful primary care physicians.
On-Site Services
At North Bethesda Primary Care, we provide a number of on-site services for the convenience of our patients. These include: blood draws (phlebotomy), basic point-of-care diagnostics – such as rapid flu and strep tests, urine dipstick, and ECG – and some vaccines.
